Boa 359
Reenesburq, CO 80643
Re: Permit Defect on Topsoil Piles and Boundary Map
Reenesburq (C-B1-028)
Dear Jack:
On the last inspection, October 4, 1993, it came to the Division's
attention that topsoil pile No.l is not on any map, in particular
Appendix A-3. I am referring to the topsoil pile at the bend in
the mine access road where the east-trending road turns to due
north. On the west side of the road is a topsoil pile, which is
neither mentioned in Exhibit "C" in the permit, nor is it marked on
any mine maps. The topsoil pile is properly identified with a
topsoil marker at the crest of the pile.
Therefore, the Division's position is that this is a permit
oversight or defect and is in need of correcting on-the-ground with
the permit and map Appendix A-3. The Division requests that a
Minor Revision be submitted including topsoil pile No.l in Exhibit
"C" and map A-3. Please also delineate your permit boundary map
(Appendix A-3) around and on both sides of the mine access road and
surrounding the topsoil piles as is the case on the ground.
Thank you for your cooperation. Please call me if you have any
further questions regarding the request. A Minor revision form is
included for your convenience.
Sincerely,
< j.
i
`~-SKawn E.
