As you can
see, Blue Ribbon will consider modifying their reclamation plan
if someone maintains the culvert after Blue Ribbon is out of the
picture.
As we have previously discussed, Raiser agrees with leaving the
culvert in place if the Allen family agrees to maintain the
culvert. If this arrangement is acceptable to you, please let
me know in writing so we can forward this information to Blue
Ribbon and MLRD. This should then allow the Blue Ribbon Coal
Company to begin the permit revision process.
Raiser will continue to keep you informed of any progress.
If you have any questions please contact me.
Sipcerely,
William P.
