Changes included in this summary are: <br />• The Hubbard Creek fan facility has been added to Table 2.05.4-T1, Surface Disturbance <br />Summary, and text has been added to Section 2.05.4 describing the reclamation schedule <br />of the site. Text has also been added to Section 2.05.4 describing postmine land usage. <br />• Cross-sectieaal details of the Pond F emergency spillway and the plunge pool HCP-1 have <br />been added ro Map 2.05-M5J aad a Sedcad rnn of the emergency spilhvay has been added <br />to Exhibit 2.03-E3, Section 10. The Pond F Summary Table in Section 6 of Exhibit 2.03- <br />E.3 has been revised m include 10-year, 24-hour peak settleable solids eoe::entcation and <br />the 2S,-year, 24-hour peak discharge correspond to the Sedcad runs in S~cticn 10. <br />Additional Sedcad utility runs were performed on ditches HCD-1; HCD-2, 1ICD-3, and <br />HCD-4 at varying slopes and the results are summarized in the Channel and Riprap <br />Dimensions table on blap 2.05-MSJ, Sheet 2. These Sedcad runs are included in Exhibit <br />2.03-E3, Section 10 and replace the 25-year, 24-hour utility runs for these ditches. Figure <br />1, Channel Designs, has been added to Exhibit 2.03-E3, Section 7 also summarizing the <br />design of these ditches. <br />Table 1, Hubbard Creek Fasnim Culvert Summary, and Table 2, Hubbard Cteek Fansite <br />Plunge Pool Summuv, have been added to Exhibi[ 2.03-E3, Section 8 providing a culvert <br />schedule and details on the plunge pool. <br />Additionally, call outs have been added to Map 2.05-El-HFS, Facility Designs, referring to the <br />details 1, 2, and 3 on Map 2.05-bISJ. <br />If you have any questions please contact Jim Kiger ox myself. <br />Sincerel}' yours, <br />M~`~H <br />ohn V.
