As you and I discussed yesterday, we would <br />like to submit a response to all of the comments by February 1, <br />1996. This will allow us to best use our technical resources to <br />provide a thorough and consistant response. <br />This submittal date of February 1, 1996 applies to the Henderson <br />Mine and Mill Ground Water Monitoring Program and Climax Mine and <br />Mill Ground Water Monitoring Program comments, which we had <br />inititally committed to a December 15, 1995 response. <br />Should we anticipate any difficulty in meeting the February 1, 1996 <br />date, we will notify you, in writing, by January 15, 1996.
