Lang <br />To Whom I[ May Concern: orvi,ion oireao~ <br />Enclosed you will find several documents that outline the procedure for the various conferences and hearings <br />which are held when there are objections to a permitting process. These documents define the Mineral Program's <br />reclamation permitting process and party status in matters before ttte Mined Land Reclamation Board. Please be <br />aware that you are currently a party in this matter since you submitted written statements of objection during the <br />public comment period and/or within 5 days of the Informal Conference. If you wish to be withdrawn from party <br />status, the Party Status Request Form will need to be filled out and re[umed to [he Division at 1313 Shennan <br />Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />The last day for initial public comment on this amendment application was June 2, 1999. The decision date for <br />this amendment application is July 6, 1999, however, a decision to approve or deny the application could be made <br />sooner than July 6, 1999. The informal conference has been scheduled for June 9, 1999 at 2:00 p.m. and will <br />be held at the Monument Town Hall, which is located at 166 Second Street in Monument, Colorado. The <br />enclosed information explains the purpose of the informal conference. Ollce a decision is made on this <br />amendment, aPre-Hearing conference will be scheduled no sooner than 10 days after the decision date and at <br />least 5 days prior to the July Mined Land Reclamation Board Meeting which will be held on July 2Th and 28'h. <br />1999. The board meeting will be held at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318 in Denver, Colorado.
