<br />We have received the third and final submittal of the responses to the Division's
<br />preliminary adequacy letter for Permit Revision 02 -South Taylor mining area. This
<br />submittal contains responses to questions 24c, 25, 27, 29, 30, 32, 33, 34, 38, 69, 70, 79,
<br />103, 104, 117-123 (fills) and 126-132. As stated in the previous memo, the following are
<br />the question number from each specialist.

<br />DTM: 10, 14-35, 59-64, 72-80, 98-102 and 132
<br />JRS: 1-3, 11, 36-39, 67-71, 81, 87-97, 103-105, 114, 115, 129-131 and 133-137
<br />BGW: 39, 67, 68, 105 and 116-128
<br />I am requesting that you complete yow reviews by 14 March 2007. If this is a problem,
