M-tY9a-ozs / <br />AM-a~ <br />Western Area Power Administration's (Western) does not object to the application for an <br />amendment to the Reclamation Permit for the Hay Camp Pit (Combined). Western's intent is <br />only to clazify that the following items aze followed once work begins. This information will be <br />further stipulated in a required License Agreement that will be signed between Four States <br />Aggregates, LLC, and Western at a later date. <br />1. A minimum overhead clearance of 16 feet from the conductors of Western's Curecanti-Lost <br />Canyon 230 kV transmission line should be maintained at all times. <br />2. Please notify Western of any locked gates or special situations. <br />3. Stockpiles of materials should not be placed within Western's 125 easement. <br />4.
