Please be advised that on December 22, 1994, LKA International Inc, whose
address and telephone number are 3724 47th St Ct NW; Gig Harbor, WA 98335;
[phone], filed an amendment application to the Golden Wonder Mine,
Permit No. M-78-091UG. The underground mine is located at or near Section 10,
Township 43N, Range 4W, New Mexico Prime Meridian, in Hinsdale County. The
decision date for this amendment is scheduled for January 23, 1995.
A copy of the amendment is available for review at the Hinsdale County Clerk &
Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology,
Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
All written comments or objections must be submitted within ten (10) days of
the date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the application
