Technical Adequacy
Dear Mr. Leach:
The Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) has completed a review of the subject
Technical Revision application (TR) for technical adequacy. Responses from agencies notified by
the Division of the complete application were due at the Division by August 30, 2005. Responses
from the general public to [he The Pittsburg & Midway Coal Mining Co (P&M) public notice
were due at the Division on September 6.
One technical adequacy item has been identified. Please annotate pages 1 through 15 of Exhibit
1.01 A with a revision submittal date in the lower right-hand comer (see paragraph 2 of the
application form).
