Cattany <br />Division Oinxtw <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Our initial review has found the subject application inadequate because this revision includes a new <br />exhibit identified as Exhibit 49D, but there is already an existing, applicable, Exhibit 49D in the Permit <br />Application Package (PAP). The current Exhibit 49D, Conveyor Support Structure and Foundations <br />Drawings, was approved on September 29, 2005 under MR-199. The next available designation <br />appeazs to be Exhibit 49E. As such, pages ix (last line), 2.05-65.3 (line 24), and the Exhibit cover sheet <br />of this submission need to be so revised. As we discussed, the applicant's cost estimate might also be <br />annotated as page 116 and MR 201 (for inclusion in Appendix A). <br />In accordance with Rule 2.08.4(6)(c)(ii), please amend your application to rectify these inadequacies. In <br />the interests of expediting this minor revision, a copy of this letter is being transmitted to you by e-mail. A <br />signed copy follows in the mail. <br />MR 201 was determined to be complete on 14 October 2005. The current due date for a decision with <br />regazd to MR 201 is 24 October 2005.
