Also included is our acceptance of MCC's response to our Jan. <br />28, 2005 correspondence. <br />Let me know if you have any questions. Our main concerns are with respect <br />to the Monument dam (see comments in the letter), although the SEO has the <br />final word on that subject matter.... <br />Again, we are comfortable if MCC wants to address these individually with <br />the USFS as before (as pages inserts, or whatever the appropriate <br />terminology may be...).
