The
Succession of Operator is to allow Transit Mix Concrete to assume responsibility for the Castle
Sand Pit. The Amendment Application includes plans to combine both operations under one
permit and revise the existing plans for the operation, last changed in 1985.
• It is desired that both actions be considered by the Board at the same time. Therefore, the 30
day time period on succession of operator considerations is waived so that both considerations
can occur at the same time.
Five copies of the application are provided the Division for use in the processing. The copy
that contains the original signatures on those exhibits requiring original signatures is marked as
the "Original Signature Copy." No confidential information is included in the application so
nothing needs to be removed to render the application suitable for public review.
Check number 067714 is also included. The amount of $1,650 includes the $1,550 for the
amendment tee plus $100 for the succession of operator.
Thank you for your consideration.
Respectfully,
Mark A.
