Carany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />MINREC, Inc. has applied for a bond release at the North Thompson Creek Mine. The bond release <br />application was found complete by this Division on January 10, 2007. The release request is for full <br />Phase III (final) bond release for the permit azea. The amount of the request is $100,000.00. The permit <br />azea covets 3,336 acres, including, 1,504 acres affected by mining activities. The surface ownership is <br />Federal and private, and the coal mined was Federal and private. <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as soon as <br />it has been scheduled.
