I <br />hope you will find this submittal complete and acceptable. The <br />application fee for this permit was paid on May 19, 1993 and <br />received under receipt #23773. I am attaching a copy of this <br />receipt for your information. <br />The first publication notice for this permit will run in two Grand <br />County papers starting August 5, 1993 and run four (4) <br />consecutive weeks or through August 26, 1993. The notice allows <br />twenty (20) days after the last publication for comments to you or <br />until September 15, 1993. I will be forwarding proofs of <br />publication of this notice to you after the last publication date. <br />Per the Board Order, I attended the Land Use and Mining Workshop <br />held in Glenwood Springs on June 4, 1993. I found this workshop <br />most informative and useful. <br />As previously stated, I feel this application will fulfill all the <br />requirements for a 112 Conversion Permit for the Kremmling Airport <br />Gravel Pit. Please inform me when we are required to appear <br />before the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />~J <br />
