Initial review <br />determined that the following items must be submitted before technical review of <br />your application can begin: <br />EXHIBIT R - Proof of Mailing of Notices to County Commissioners and Soil <br />Conservation District (Rule 2.1.2(18) and 2.2). <br />EXHIBIT S - Proof of filing with County Clerk and Recorder (Rule 2.1.2(19) <br />and 2.2). <br />Failure to submit the items listed above by the initial decision date of <br />August 27, 1992 will result in a decision to deny your application. You may amend <br />your application by submitting the requested items. In accordance with Rule 1.5, a <br />new decision date will be established 90 days from the date of receipt of all <br />requested items. If you have already initiated publication, you will need to <br />republish notice which specifies the final date for receiving comments as the 20th <br />day after the fourth republication or the next regular business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical <br />deficiencies in your application.
