All reviews <br />and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated <br />thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to revise surface coal mining operations at the Colowyo <br />Mine. The subject technical revision provides for an interim postmining <br />topography. <br />The area affected by this revision is located in portions of Sections 15 and <br />16, Township 3 North, Range 93 West of the 6th P.M., in Moffat County. The <br />above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map of <br />Axial. Colorado. <br />A copy of the technical revision application is available for public <br />inspection at the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 West Victory Way, Craig, <br />Colorado.
