The terms of TR- <br />001 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-76-032. <br />The conditions of Division approval are noted below. Please note <br />that all other provisions of Permit No. M-76-032 remain in full <br />force and effect, <br />Stipulation No. O1 <br />SUBMIT A RIDER TO THE EXISTING FINANCIAL WARRANTY ADDING <br />$4000.00 TO THE BOND, OR, SUBMIT A REPLACEMENT FINANCIAL <br />WARRANTY THAT INCLUDES THE ADDITIONAL $4000.00 BOND, IN WHICH <br />CASE THE EXISTING BOND WILL BE RETURNED. THE NEW BOND MUST BE <br />IN PLACE BY AUGUST 27, 1993. <br />Stipulation No. 02 <br />AT THE TIME OF RECLAMATION, THE OPERATOR WILL PLACE TWO FEET <br />OF PIT RUN GRAVEL ON ANY INTACT CONCRETE SLAB LEFT IN THE FUEL <br />CONTAINMENT AREA, PRZOR TO PLACEMENT OF PLANT GROWTH MEDIUM. <br />SUBMIT A WRITTEN COMMITMENT TO THE FILE, THAT THIS STIPULATION <br />WILL BE ADHERED TO, PRIOR TO AUGUST 27, 1993. <br />Stipulation No. 03 <br />PRIOR TO INSTALLATION OF THE RIVER CROSSING APPROVED IN THIS <br />REVISION, THE OPERATOR WILL OBTAIN A' 404 PERMIT FOR THE <br />
