The <br />following items must be submitted before technical review of your application <br />can begin: <br />Original application with original signature, plus one copy of the <br />application. <br />2. T.~o (2) copies of all exhibits that are changing. <br />3. Two (2) copies of Legal Right-to-Enter the Bureau of Land <br />Management land. <br />4. Two (2) copies of proof of notifying the county commissioners and <br />soil conservation district (Board approved forms enclosed). <br />Failure to submit the items listed above by the initial decision date of <br />December 9, 1992 may result in a decision to deny your amendment. You may <br />amend your application by submitting the requested items. In accordance with <br />Rule 1.5, a new decision date will be established 30 days from the date of <br />receipt of all requested items. If you have already initiated publication, <br />you will need to republish notice which specifies a 10 day public comment <br />period from the new date of newspaper publication. <br />
