As required by Colorado law, whenever any part of any <br />coal mine bond is to be released, all interested parties must be notified. This letter is to <br />notify you that Enron Coal Company is requesting full release of the current bond <br />amount of 3184,071 for successful reclamation of the Meeker Mines. The full bond <br />release application will be submitted to the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology <br />in the second week of May, 1997. A copy will also be placed on file at the County <br />Planner's office in Meeker. All information on the mine location, maps, revegetation, <br />etc. is contained in this application.
