The Division agrees tha[
the structure will be adequately sized to contain the total volume of the largest tank while
also allowing for satisfactory freeboard.
The Division has calculated an estimate for reclamation of the cement structure based on
the dimensions provided by Western Fuels and the 51st edition of Means Buildine
Construction Cost Data. The volume of cement to be demolished is 390 sq.ft. with
demolition costs of $2.66 per sq.ft. This calculates to $1037.00 for reclamation of the
structure. Western Fuels-Utah currently has a bond in excess of their total liability on file
with the Division, so no additional bond need be submitted at this time.
If you have any questions, please call.
Sincerely,
Jan t H. inns `
Re mat[ n Specialist
Enclosure
M: \coal\jhb\C81018\mr8l.ap
