In order to assure the portal water <br />is handled appropriately, the 4-inch diameter overflow pipe will be changed to a 6-inch <br />diameter pipe. Enclosed is an application for a minor revision to provide for this <br />change. <br />Drawing D-2~, No. 1 Mine Seepage Control and Treatment Pond Plan, will be revised <br />to show the location of the new 6-inch pipe.
