Box 300, Barbourville, Kentucky 40906, was deemed complete for <br />the purposes of filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the <br />Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to revise reclamation mining operations on <br />The S 1/2 of the N 1/Z and the S 1/2 of Section 15, NE 1/4 <br />of NE 1/4 Section 21 and all of Section 22, Township 31S <br />Range 65W of the 6th Prime Meridian, Las Animas County, <br />Colorado. <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map <br />of Del Agua and Trinidad. A copy of the technical revision application is <br />available for public inspection at the Las Animas County Courthouse, First and <br />Maple Streets, Trinidad, Colorado.
