Notice of Informal Conference <br />SL <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology will hold an informal conference regazding a request for a <br />Phase I bond release at the former NW-1 vent shaft at the Golden Eagle mine, operated by Basin Resources, <br />Inc, Permit No. C-1981-013. The conference will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, May 12, 2005 at the law <br />offices of Jim Tatum, 129 N.
