I have outlined below and
on the enclosed drawing the proposed installation.
Diesel Fuel Station
Wyoming Fuel Company (WFC) proposes to construct a diesel fuel
station near the northwest corner of the industrial building on the
north side of the raidroad tracks. This station is located in a
more central location to avoid equipment delays associaated with
the current location; i.e., travel time to and from work areas and
delays incurred during railcar loading.
The proposed station would include a 8500 gallon vertical steel
tank and dispensing pump. The tank and pump would be placed inside
a concrete containment which is detailed on the enclosed drawing
and is sized to contain the tank volume. Three outlets would be
included in the containment, one for dispensing hose piping, a
second for tank filling and a third to serve as a valved drain of
the enclosed area. Electrical service to the dispensing pump would
be provided by overhead wiring from an adjacent light pole.
Bond Increase
The following is an estimate of the costs associated with the
removal of the proposed installation.
Concrete Containment = 11.0 c.y.
Cost is $30/c.y. to break, $18/c.y. to cut and load
Total cost/c.y. _ $48.00 x 11.0 = $528.00
