This permit revision application addresses the <br />addition of an off-site rail load-out facility at Lacey, Colorado to your <br />current permit. Our initial review indicates that all preliminary items <br />required by the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 <br />et seq. have been submitted. Thus, your permit revision application has been <br />deems complete for the purposes of filing on this date. All review and <br />comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations promilgated <br />thereunder initiate from this date of filing. <br />The proposed newspaper advertisement submitted with the permit revision <br />application has been found to be satisfactory. You should commence <br />publication of this advertisement as specified in Rule 7.,07.3(2) of the <br />Regulations. Proof of the publication of the advertisement must be filed with <br />the Division not later than four weeks after the last publication date. <br />A copy of the permit revision application, less confidential items, mist be <br />filed for public inspection with the appropriate public office as specified by <br />you on the permit revision application form. Any subsequent changes or <br />additions to the permit revision application must also be made in this local <br />government copy. <br />The staff is currently reviewing your permit revision application to determine <br />whether the items you have submitted are adequate in terms of meeting the <br />requirements of the Act and Regulations. Additional information may be <br />required for purposes of adequacy.
