We have determined that the following <br />information must be submitted [o complete the requirements of Rule 4.16 of [he Construction Material <br />Rules and Regulations and C.R.S. 34-32.5-1 17(5) of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction <br />of Construction Materials (a copy of this Rule and Statute are enclosed for your information): <br />Estimate of Actual Cost (Rule 4.13(2)(6): Include and estimate of the actual cost to reclaim [he stie <br />based on what it would cost an independent contractor to complete reclamation, including unit <br />costs for reclamation activities as appropriate to the operation to comply with the provisions of <br />Section 3.1 and [he Permit's Reclamation Plan. <br />Reclamation Report (Rule 4.16(4): A brief narrative with approximate dates ofcomple[ion <br />describing site grading, topsoil replacement, successful revegetation and other stabilization <br />activities, as appropriate; and, <br />Suitable photographs of the reclaimed area. <br />In addition, this request must be sent to the Division Certified Mail -Return Receipt Requested. <br />Reminder: Please be sure [o send a copy of your release request to the owner of the affected land and to <br />the County by certified mail.
