The Division has requested that MCC provide <br />the material quantities for reclamation of the improvements to estimate the bond liability. As we <br />discussed on the phone, in the previous response letter, dated November 19, 1998, MCC <br />provided the quantities to construct the collector drain that will be installed at final reclamation. <br />This information is also included in the "Final Reclamation" section of the text [o be added to <br />Exhibit 69, which was included with the November 19'" letter. Also, in this section are the <br />material quantities for removal of the retaining wall.
