This decision will be published in the San Migue Basin Forum, as soon as <br />possible. Publication of the notice initiates a thirty (30) day public comment Period. If, within <br />thirty days, there are no requests for an adjudicatory hearing, the decision will become final. <br />As an interested party, you have the right to an adjudicatory hearing as outlined under Rule <br />3.03.2(6) of the Rules and Regulations. The request for an adjudicatory hearing must be written <br />and state with specificity the reasons why the hearing is requested.
