You said that yott thought Jert-y Fifield's comtncnts assumed that Red Creek <br />flows thro(tgh tltc quarry's seditnertt pond. i have confirmed with Dr. FiCeld that he <br />does not so assume, and his comments should not be interpreted to so assume, FTc <br />clarified that in leis cxantination of the file and of the quarry's submissions, it is not <br />shown whct}tcr, during high runoff conditions, runoff from the northeast watershed is <br />diverted or flows through the pond. He ]tas noted that runoff from that watershed flows <br />through the quarry wllcrc material is stockpiled.
