All reviews and comment periods as provided in the <br />Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to permit a low quality caol stockpile on portions of <br />Sections 29 and 32, TSN, R86W of the 6th P.M. in Routt County, Colorado. <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map <br />of Rattlesnake Butte, Colorado. A copy of the technical revision application <br />is available for public inspection at the Routt County Courthouse, 522 <br />Lincoln Box 773598, Steamboat Springs, CO.
