Long <br />Dinsion Director <br />Bond Release Application No. SGOI <br />In accordance with Rule 3.03.2(2)(b) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for Coal Mining (Rules), you are hereby notified that the Division's decision <br />to approve Bond Release Application No. SL-Ol for the La Plata No. 1 Mine became final on <br />August 1, 1996. No requests for an adjudicatory hearing on our proposed decision were received. <br />Bond Release No. SL-Ol reduces your reclamation liability by $49,470.00, therefore your <br />performance bond may be reduced accordingly.
