This technical revision addresses <br />Stipulation No. 15 to the permit, and provides a stability <br />analysis for the pond 014 embankment having a minimum static <br />safety factor of 1.5. The strengths of materials have been <br />determined, and the analysis utilized site-specific strength <br />parameters to make this determination. <br />Enclosed are the required application form, proposed public <br />notice, insertion instructions into the PAP, and the revised <br />materials.
