The application was deemed complete on October 06, 1992. The Office <br />of Surface Mining and the Division of Minerals and Geology have scheduled an inspection of <br />the site for October 20, 1992, at 9:00 a.m. If you wish to attend the inspection, please contact <br />me at the Division. The Division will issue a proposed decision on the request within thirty days <br />of the inspection. <br />Notification of this inspection was originally mailed to you on October 09, 1992, but was <br />returned to the Division because it was incorrectly addressed.
