Exhibit C- Preminng and Mining Plan Map of Affected Land 2. The name of the owner of the telephone line, Qwest Communications. Exhibit D-Mining Plan 3. The sediment pond shown on the mining plan map will be approximately 50'wide and 100' long and no deeper than 5' from floor of the pond to spillway elevation. The sediment pond will discharge to the southeast via grip-rapped lined spillway, no less than 6' across and 16' in length prior to flowing through a 36" culvert to the south side of County 2. At that point natural drainage is in a northeastern du•ection The sediment pond will be constructed with soils pushed up at that location. One foot of freeboard will be allowed from crest of spillway to crest of berm. Since the sediment pond is being located within a depression, the northeast and southwest sides of the sediment pond may be graded to the existing slope rather than bermed. The spillway end of the pond(southeastern end) will likely be bermed with no less than eight feet across the top of the berm (and spillway) and a spillway and berm outslope of no more than 3:1. The rip- rap used will be no less than 8" and no more than 24". The northwestern aspect ofthe pond may be graded to the existing slope along the bottom of the existing drainage way.
