The Division <br />had two comments regarding the application: (I) "... add a sentence indicating that no hazardous or <br />Flammable materials will be stored on the pile", and (2) "...reword the paragraph on page 43 which <br />begins "Reclamation of the LRP will occur..." to clarify the reclamation process and to eliminate <br />confusion that might arise beriveen that paragraph and the last paragraph in section 2.3.5 on page ~". <br />A sentence has been added to page 5 that states that no extraneous combustible material will be <br />deposited on the LRP as specified in MSHA regulations at 30 CFR 77.215(8). <br />2. A sentence has been added to page 5 that states that final reclamation of [he pile will be completed <br />as described in section 8.0 of Exhibit 51.
