The <br />application was submitted to the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Division and the Office of Surface Mining to delete 320 acres from <br />the current Mount Gunnison five-year permit area. The coal in this <br />320-acre permit area deletion is being assigned to Bear Coal <br />Company.
