III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII <br />999 <br />Public Notice <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado Revised <br />Statutes, hereby issues notice that on December 12, 1997, a minor revision application (MR-47) to the <br />Seneca II-W, Permit No. C-82-057, operated by Seneca Coal Company, P.O. Drawer D, Hayden, CO <br />81639 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. This minor revision addresses stipulation <br />number 26 to the permit, and provides an updated backfilling and grading schedule based on the latest <br />mining and reclamation activities through December 1, 1997.
