I have enclosed copies of the letters so [hat Aggregate Industries -WCR, Inc. can contact the <br />writers and try to resolve their issues. The letters were received from Douglas and Phyllis Hackett, Kazen Topper <br />and Steve and Mazgazet Davis. Because objections to the application have been timely received, the Division will <br />schedule a Hearing before the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for a final decision on the application. The <br />Hearing will be scheduled for the Boazd's May 28-29, 2003 meeting, which will be held in room 318, 1313 Sherman <br />Street, Denver, Colorado starting a[ 10:00 am. The Division will make its recotnmendation on the application on or <br />before May 13, 2003.
