Box 1009 <br />Glenwood Springs, Colorado 81602 <br />Dear Sir or Madam <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised <br />Statutes, the Division of Minerals and Geology hereby issues notice that on <br />October 13, 1992, a technical revision application for a permit to conduct <br />coal mining operations, File No. C-81-025 (TR-14>, by MINREC, Inc., <br />2768 Compass Drive, Grand Junction, CO 81506, was deemed complete for the <br />purposes of filing. Long <br />Division Director <br />The applicant proposes to revise underground coal mining operations in Pitkin <br />County in Sections 34, 35, TBS, R89W, 6th P.M.
