The executed <br />applications request transfer of the above referenced Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />permits from Owens Bros. Concrete Co. to Ready Mixed. Note that Ready Mixed has <br />waived its right to the otherwise applicable 30-day processing time to allow the Division <br />to recalculate the Financial Warranty requirements.
