Exhibit 9, Ownership and Control Information, RAG American Coal Company - <br />#389. Please submit either a letter of resignation or boazd minutes documenting Gary G. <br />Peazson's resignation on March 27, 2001 so that he may be removed from the AVS <br />system. <br />2. Surface Ownership Map (Map 3) and Mineral Ownership Map (Map 4). Please <br />update these two maps to ensure compliance with Rule 2.10.3(1)(a).
