Cattany <br />Division birector <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On July 28, 2005 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment application submitted to the Division <br />on April 15, 2005, addressing the following: <br />Approval of addition of 15.70 noncontigoas acres to permit area. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1982-141. Al] <br />other conditions and requirements of Pemrit No. M-1982-141 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $49,526.00 for the Juniper Quarry, when added to the existing liability amount of <br />$45,750.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the <br />amount of $49,526.00.
