We have also completed an amended reclamation cost <br />estimate to reflect operational and reclamation plan changes associated with the revision. <br />Please see Jim Stork's August 18, 2004 adjustments to the midterm cost estimate, <br />enclosed. The revised summary-and task sheets replace the corresponding sheets of the <br />original 2004 Midterm Review Cost Estimate. <br />Please review the estimate and let me know if you concur. Note that the revised liability <br />amount exceeds the currently held bond amount by 55,823.00. LEI will need to provide <br />additional bond in this.amount; unless acceptable documentation to support a lower amount <br />can be provided.
