Our initial <br />review indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq., have been submitted; thus <br />your application has been deemed complete. ~(T1 review and comment time <br />periods initiate from this date. <br />The tentative date for consideration of your application by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board is March 21, 1990. You should commence publication of a <br />notice of the filing of this application immediately (see enclosed notice <br />format.) You must also mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of <br />surface rights of affected land and immediately adjacent land. You must <br />prcvide proof of the notice and mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt <br />Requested, to the MLR staff before your application can be considered by the <br />Board. You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less <br />corfidential items, with the Delta County Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent <br />changes or additions to the copies on file in our offices must also be made in <br />this local government copy. <br />THE STAFF IS REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION 70 DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS ADEQUATE TO <br />MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAW.
