This minor revision updates the <br />ownership and control information as well as miscellaneous <br />adjudication information related to Seneca Coal Company. <br />The ownership and control information was updated based on the <br />recent selling of Peabody Holding Company, Inc. and its <br />subsidiaries by the Energy Group, PLC to P&L Coal Holdings <br />• Corporation. This revision also reflects the closure of Seneca Coal <br />Company's Flagstaff office and notification that all subsequent <br />correspondence with all governmental regulatory authorities be made <br />to our office here in Hayden. <br />Enclosed are the required application form, insertion instructions <br />into the PAP, and the revised materials.
