These AML Fee Violations are all pre-petition <br />bankruptcy. Also, one of the AML violations Permit NO. KY 8980419 is also connected to Bowie <br />Resources Limited, Lorencito Coal Company and Picketwire Processing. <br />Branham & Baker is owned by Quaker Coal Company <br />Mining Technologies, Inc. is the operator to Branham & Baker <br />AEI Resources, Inc. owns Mining Technologies, Inc. <br />Larry Addington is a shareholder of AEI which owns Bowie Resources <br />Limited (Bowie No. 1 and 2 Mines) <br />& Bruce Addington owns 100% of Lorencito Coal Company, A.P.
