Coal interest at <br />this surface mine is pri- <br />vate, and the surface to be <br />affected is .private land. <br />The permit area encom- <br />passes 'approximately <br />160.0 acres. <br />This proposed decision is <br />based on a finding that the <br />proposed operation will <br />comply wiih all require- <br />ments of the Colorado <br />Surface Mining <br />Reclamation Act, Section <br />34-33.101 er req.. C.R.S., <br />and the reeulations prom- <br />ulgated thereunder. <br />A Copy of the "Proposed <br />Decision and Findings of <br />Compliance", including <br />any stipulations, is on file <br />for public inspection at the <br />Colorado Division of <br />Minerals. and Geology, <br />Room 215 Centennial, <br />Building, 1313 Sherman <br />Streei, Denver.
