iii iuiiiiiiiiu iii <br />999 <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, the Division of Minerals and Geology hereby <br />issues notice that on an application for a technical <br />revision for File No. C-89-074, by Rimrock Coal Company, 1350 17th <br />Street, Suite 350, Denver, CO 80202, was deemed complete for the <br />purposes of filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in <br />the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this <br />day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to discontinue sampling of monitor wells. <br />Location of the property is at the Rimrock Coal Mine located in <br />Sec. 29, T33S, R63W, of Las Animas County, Colorado. <br />The above mentioned tracts of land are shown on the USGS 7.5 minute <br />quadrangle map titled "Trinidad East". A copy of the technical <br />revision application is available for public inspection at the Las <br />Animas County Courthouse, First and Maple Streets, Trinidad <br />Colorado. Written comments on the technical revision application <br />may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Denver, CO 80203. <br />
