This text incorporates the changes you requested in your letter of September 21, 1994, which includes changes back to the original text, which other reviewers had requested to be changed. 2) Legends have been added to the Figures or the Figures have been discussed in detail in the text. a) Figure 4.2-5 is from the original 1990 permit and has been included in this submittal only to indicate how small the requested changes in the recontouring and maintaining the terraces really are. b) The purpose of the various ditches, which are now numbered in Figure 4.7-1, are being discussed in the text (see Section 4.4.2.4 on page 4-57). c) One of the SAES in the previously submitted Figure 4.7-1 was inaccurately shown. This has been corrected in the enclosed new Figure 4.7-1. The area of SAE-2 has now been properly outlined. S) The area immediatedly west of the main access road and north of Topsoil pile No. 1 and the area north of the main access road were never disturbed. It is left to the discretion of the Division if these areas should be excluded from the permit area, as originally suggested by OS[4, or if they should remain within the permit area. Since no disturbance ever occured, no reclaiming or revegetation had to be performed, consequentely, no monitoring or setting success standards etc. need to be done. ~~llll ~I„~~fl'~~„II
