Currently, the existing ROW covers portion of drill pad (injection <br />we114-3H) for cavity #4., and cavity 3A drill pads 3A-4H and 3A-SV. Per my <br />discussion with Mr. Vern Rholl of your staff, WRN requests an amendment to <br />ROW COC-57625. The amendment is for the addition of production wells 2B- <br />4HI and 2B-SHR. New production wells are planned for an extension of cavity <br />#2 to the south with designation of cavity #2B. The RUW amendment is requ)red <br />as the proposed action is off-lease. Raptor survey and cultural resource <br />inventories for the proposed area have been submitted to the BLM. <br />APD's for the two proposed wells will follow with more details on construction <br />and drilling of the proposed wells. APD's will be submitted to the BLM and <br />EPA. Modification of the EPA bond to cover abandonment of proposed wells is <br />in progress.
